University of California Santa Barbara:

The San Diego State Aztecs defeated Mid-West Champions Bowling Green 32-15 on Friday to Advance to the USA Rugby National Championship Elite 8.

 

 The Aztecs were paced by 4 tries, 3 or which were converted, and flyhalf Duncan Kelm added a penalty to advance passed a game Bowling Green side who scored 15 points, all by way of the boot of flyhalf Nick Viviani (who was 5/5 on the day).  

The Aztecs face Arakansas State on Saturday 4/17 @ 1 pm in UC Santa Barbara’s Harder Stadium to advance to the final four.  Arkansas State advanced earlier in the day with a victory over Northern California power house St. Mary
